How the subscription works

  1. Choose your favorites: fresh microgreens, Smart Spread, or a mix of both.
  2. Choose your rhythm: weekly or every other week.
  3. We grow to order: we aim to harvest within 24 hours of delivery whenever possible. Some varieties may require up to two weeks of growing time.
  4. We confirm the details: delivery availability and timing are confirmed with you by email.

Everyday favorites — $5 per 2 oz: sunflower, radish, and speckled pea shoots.

Specialty varieties — $7 per 2 oz: broccoli, spicy salad mix, mustard wasabi, and other rotating varieties.

Smart Spread — $10 per 4 oz: or 2 for $18.

Availability varies because everything is grown fresh. We will contact you if a variety needs extra growing time or a substitution.

What is in the greens?

Different varieties naturally contain plant-based protein, vitamins, minerals, carotenoids, anthocyanins, and glucosinolate-family plant compounds. Nutrient content varies by variety and serving.

  • Sunflower: plant protein, vitamin E, and magnesium.
  • Radish: vitamin C, anthocyanin antioxidant pigments, and glucosinolate-family compounds.
  • Broccoli: vitamin C, vitamin K, and glucoraphanin, a natural precursor to sulforaphane.
  • Mustard wasabi: vitamins C and K plus naturally occurring mustard-family compounds.
  • Pea shoots: vitamin C, folate, carotenoids, and plant protein.

Smart Spread

Our fresh, savory sunflower microgreen spread is made with sunflower microgreens, Parmigiano Reggiano, extra-virgin olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic, pistachios, freshly squeezed lemon juice, raw honey, and sea salt.

Allergen notice: Contains milk and tree nuts (pistachios). Keep refrigerated.

Freshness promise: We strive to deliver products harvested within 24 hours. Because we grow to order, certain products can require up to two weeks before delivery.
